Portland's legendary winter drivers got into a jam near Shepherd Interactive's offices at the base of Corbett Hill in Johns Landing at SW Corbett and Mitchell, including a FedEx truck whose tire chains threw sparks while digging into the road. Portland is not used to the snow!
